Matt and Pedro came in to fix a botched job I received from a different company almost two years ago. They were able to fix a lot of the issues I had and enhanced it reusing some of the same material. Matt was super flexible, responsive, and made sure that my needs were met. Pedro was really skilled in everything that had to do with landscaping and made sure that his crew were on point.

I had LEL fix/add/work on: artificial grass, flagstone with DG, damaged concrete, large fountain install, drip line with rock border and plants, electric outlet install for fountain, and retaining wall.

We hired Living Elements Landscape to overhaul our front yard (tear out existing lawn, remove/relocate some trees, demo our existing concrete patio courtyard) with drought tolerant plants, rocks and flagstone, as well as install lighting, irrigation and a pedestrian gate. Matt was our Project Manager – he was great to meet with, walked through the property with me while I told him our ideas, and delivered a solid estimate quickly and within our budget. Matt was on-site daily to check in on the talented, friendly and hardworking crew. He executed our ideas perfectly and was a great wealth of ideas where we needed them.

We started out with some trepidation with an all-ivy front yard. We wanted something interesting and welcoming. After the ivy was out (quite a job), Bil and his crew were on board for many discussions and modifications. They were willing to go with our preferences while providing information on what could go wrong. At one point there was a major dispute with one of the suppliers who delivered the wrong materials. Bil and Matt came out and worked through it with minimal disruption and stress for us. It’s about 6 months later, we are delighted with our very interesting and complex front yard (dry stream, bridge, water feature, meandering pathway, small patio). But most of the stars are for the EXCELLENT customer service.
